Returns Policy

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase.

All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original labels and garment tags securely attached. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, washing, staining, damage, or alteration. Any items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you.

To protect your return in transit, please use the original packaging where possible. Complete the downloadable return form using the link below and include it with your parcel. Follow the instructions provided on the form to ensure your refund or exchange is processed smoothly.

Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email with the update.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, contact us at customercare@fiendrich.co.uk.

Your parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
